Marti Soler, co-creator and narrator, has been working in the grief and health care field for over twenty years. She facilitates group relaxation and guided meditation workshops to enhance greater awareness for understanding, self-expression, stress reduction, creativity, spiritual and intuitive awareness, and finding life purpose and direction. Guided meditation can help you to move gently into the inner essence of who you are and even go beyond the surface of your belief systems so that you can begin to receive the vast richness of your whole being. Guided meditation can be used as an integral approach to mind, body, spirit and heart.
As a facilitator, Marti’s primary goal is to teach you how to go to that place within so that you can create the life you really want to live. Marti has taught guided meditation to both groups and individuals, and has worked in hospitals and hospices training staff members as well as working with patients. She is a Grief Specialist and Certified Guided Imagery Facilitator. She is available for workshops, seminars, and private sessions. For more information, go to her website at www.martisoler.com.
Sharon Clark, co-creator and producer, has been inspired to share her personal grief experience in order to help others as they travel through their grief journey. Sharon’s husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor in January and passed away in June, 2006. The journey of their shared grief during his final months and Sharon’s subsequent grieving has been the incubator from which “The Grief Interlude SeriesTM” was born. Understanding that each person grieves in her own way, she found that the honoring and remembrance of the shared life and love anchored her own grief experience amidst the emotional turbulence. Excerpts from her grief journal are shared as thoughts on Track 1 of each CD in the “The Grief Interlude SeriesTM” set.
In collaboration with Marti Soler, she has also created “Our Sacred Passage—A Caregiver’s Thoughts and Guided Meditation” that chronicles her journey during the difficult care-giving phase of illness and is designed to give solace and respite to the caregivers and family.
